Our Team
We are a passionate group blending authentic southern African tradition with experience and expert craftsmanship. Justin brings years of experience making biltong in South Africa. Steve grew up perfecting the craft in Zimbabwe after hunting trips along the Zambezi. Together with Luke and Wayne, skilled British butchers we ensure every slice meets the highest standards. United by a love for quality and flavour, our team brings passion, heritage and authenticity to every slice of biltong we make.
Good biltong is the most honest of all foods; simple meat, patiently dried, yet rich with the flavor of time and care. And good biltong, shared among friends, is a feast beyond measure.

Our location
The Lincolnshire Biltong Company is based in the village of Navenby, Lincolnshire. It’s here, in a small and well-equipped local butchery, that we make all our biltong by hand. Our location reflects our commitment to quality, traceable ingredients, and traditional methods, right in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside.
