2. Food Products and Returns
Because our products are food items (biltong, droëwors, and related snacks), we are unable to accept returns for opened or partially consumed products for health and hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If you receive a product that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

4. Order Cancellations (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for most non-perishable goods.
However, because our products are perishable food items, this right does not apply once your order has been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lincolnshire-biltong.co.uk, and we will do our best to stop the shipment.
5. Returns for Non-Food or Merchandise Items
If you have purchased non-food items (e.g., branded merchandise, accessories, or gift items), you may return them within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

6. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for purchase.
We will notify you once your refund has been approved and processed.
Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account (depending on your bank or card provider).
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

9. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
However, we will always try to help you track and resolve delivery issues with our courier partners.
